The lines were super long and I must've waited 4 hours to get on a shuttle on days 1 & 2. Insomniac plans to put a shuttle company which specializes in massive festivals in charge this year to get everyone on a shuttle smoothly this year. It's about and hour from the strip to the Speedway and about the same going back.

Wristband received by 5:30pm. Back in line to actually catch the shuttles by 7pm. Get past security and enter the speedway by 9:30pm. Left around 3am and got back to the hotel by 5:30am. Shuttle on the way back was a city bus so people ended up having to stand or sit on the floor. Day 2 Got in shuttle line by 6:30pm.
